We are searching for a motivated, forward-thinking Team assistant to Digital Industries Department with experience in a big international company (temporary contract). What will be your tasks? Events planning and organization: internal meetings, exhibitions, conferences Marketing budget coordination, alignment, execution, tracking, reporting Official letters from BU, Newsletters Translation/Coordination of documentation, web-pages, PMD descriptions, presentations Assets management (fixed assets, souvenirs, office equipment): order preparation, tracking, inventory Reports preparation (SAP, analytical reports, KAM reports to HQ) Products certification support Internal systems: SPR creation, tracking Administrative tasks: documents flow, meeting room reservation, ordering passes to the office, lunch cards, business cards etc. Travel support to team members What do I need to qualify for this job? High education, MD (marketing field or relative); Relative work experience at least 1 year; Perfect communication and negotiation skills; Attention to detail and problem-solving skills; Proficient in Microsoft Office including Outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPoint along with modern collaboration tools such as Teams, Zoom etc; Strong organizational and planning skills; Excellent team player; English: upper-intermediate or fluent; Russian is a must Organization: Digital Industries Company: OOO Siemens Experience Level: Early Professional Job Type: Full-time
