•Ensure that the HACCP requirements and standards are met at all time throughout the Hotel;

•Monitor all waste by following hotel policies for waste management

• Supervise all Chemicals usage in the Food and Beverage department

•Conduct regular on job training such as manual handling, equipment cleaning and operating (polishing cutlery machine) etc.,

•Conduct HACCP audit and implement the necessary corrective actions when required.

•Previous experience in a similar role preferably in a luxury setting;

•Good level of verbal and written communication skills in English;

•Strong administration & organizational skills with outstanding attention to detail; and

•Drive and energy & able to work under pressure.
