•Lead and support a diverse team in the operation and hotel maintenance

•Work closely with the owner team to ensure all equipment are properly installed, running smoothly with a cost control approach and reporting system

•Guide an extensive Preventative Maintenance Program

•Ensure the effective productivity of all employees including staff planning, recruiting, training and development

•Be contributing member of the Emergency Response Team and liaison with the local Fire Department

•Minimum 5 years of experience in hospitality industry or residences

•Hotel pre-opening experience in Cambodia

•Bachelor of Engineering

•Excellent communication skills, ability to interact and take initiative

•Able to lead and motivate a team

•Capable of self-discipline and motivation, positive mind, willing to help attitude with goal-driven solution

•Ability to work well in stressful & high-pressure situations

•Advanced Knowledge of building operation and maintenance 

•Effective conflict management skills, strong problem-solving skills

•Highly organized, strict on standards, able to prioritize and meet deadlines 

•Fluency in Khmer & English, written and spoken

•Electrical background or certification would be a plus
