  • Mainly in charge for Corporate Accounts of the Hotel;
  • Plan and carry out direct sales activities as per agreed targets; maintain and develop existing clients portfolio; promote the Hotel services and special events/promotions; manage guest complaints and resolve concerns
  • Maintain all sales systems, such as sales records and reports, traces of history and potentials; monitor and report on market and competitor activities;
  • Regularly attend networking events to search for new corporate clients.


Work Experience
  • At least 2-3 year experience in a similar experience in the luxury hotel;
  • Minimum requirement of a Degree / Diploma Holder or an undergraduate degree from in Sales / Hospitality;
  • Excellent oral and written communication in English language; proficient in MS Excel, Word, & PowerPoint;
  • Proactive, guest service oriented, excellent presentation skills;
  • Well-presented and professionally groomed at all times.
  • National under local contract (Vietnamese candidate only).
