We are seeking highly skilled and motivated program managers to lead cross-organizational software programs that deliver value in optimizing key customer workloads on Intel architecture while also maximizing the software experience for developers and end users.What you will be doing:You will be responsible for the successful delivery of programs, leading and collaborating with highly matrixed and geographically dispersed teams across Intel in planning, building, and delivering quality software capabilities. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Planning and monitoring the progress of the overall programPlanning and managing communication with stakeholdersCoordinating interdependencies across projects and programsManaging and utilizing resources across projectsIdentifying and managing program risksContributing to development of program management processes and methodologiesPrimary contact and one-voice for program/project health and status, as well as first-level technical and functional domain expertise.Understands and ensures software legal compliance requirements are metSkills and AttributesThe program manager must have deep experience in program management gained through managing large and complex projects and/or programs and must have the following:Knowledge and application of program management methodology and techniquesExcellent communication skills Strong ability to influence without authority Team first mindset Able to work positively with diverse audiences Effectively manage against tight deadlines and competing prioritiesStrong understanding of software development lifecycle and software deliverables

Qualifications

You must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's degree with 6+ years or Masters with 5+ years of Program management experience 5 + years of demonstrated knowledge with SDLC 5+ years' experience managing stakeholders across engineering 5+ years' experience managing senior and VP level stakeholders This position is not eligible for an Intel immigration sponsorship. Preferred Qualifications: Program management or related fields PMP, Agile or equivalent certification Experience in open-source software development Experience with Jira or other modern requirements management tools Competency with Agile and DevOps methodologies Experience in Software development, validation methods, and/or software quality release processes Technical understanding of Intel platforms and software
