We transform the way we learn and to cultivate a growth mindset, fostering a culture of learning throughout all businesses, functions, and regions to make learning part of the everyday, continuous, and lifelong. · As a Learning Manager you are part of the EMEA team and act as the interface to the regions UK&I, the Nordics and Poland on the topics of learning and growth. · Engage closely with the business, P&O (HR) and relevant stakeholders to shape the future of learning as part of the overall Siemens Learning Ecosystem and My Growth framework. · You maintain and build relationships with key stakeholders and influencers in the L&D field, both internal and external. · As trusted partner and subject matter expert on Learning & Development you consult the business and communities to keep up to date with their current challenges, strategic learning needs and co-create on strategic learning initiatives. · You jointly work with the business on the learning strategy and Siemens aim of doubling digital learning hours by 2025, according to the Siemens DEGREE framework launched on this year’s Capital Market Day. · To enable strategic steering and decision making you leverage learning data and analytics and consult on related measures accordingly. · You enable and engage with functional and expert communities and help them foster learning in their area of responsibility in sustainable ways. By connecting dots, you enable synergies within the assigned regions as well as the entire Siemens Learning Ecosystem. · For UK&I and Poland the delivery of the Learning activities is handled via a Managed Service Provider (MSP). The MSP has the full entrepreneurial responsibility for the services delivered. You manage these contracts on behalf of Siemens in the respective regions in conjunction with Supply Chain Management. · All in all, the scope will range from being ambassador, trusted partner and strategic consultant, up to enabler and navigator for your key stakeholders throughout our Learning ecosystem with all its partners and business models. We are looking for super minds, not superheroes. We are looking for someone with extensive experience in L&D, with the ability in managing the delivery of L&D-activities including the financial management (full cost center responsibility, budgeting & forecasting). You will bring a proven track record in consulting, transformation management, community management and relationship management and comfortable working at all levels within the business, including with senior leadership teams. You will have a passion for shaping the future of learning to achieve business growth and success and have an excellent understanding of developing and managing a learning portfolio, learning delivery and of all relevant areas of learning and learning technology combined with an ability to think strategically and a focus on business needs. As a strong analytical thinker, you will derive insights from in-depth-data analyses and can make connections and have worked successfully in engaging with internal and external partners and communities in cross-functional and intercultural environments. You demonstrate a growth mindset; you are curious, inclusive, motivated and committed to try new things, learn and push innovations forward.
