What You Will Do

• Full administrative support for commercial department (PO handling, vendor registration, invoicing and ad-hoc administrative tasks
• Administrative support the implementation of marketing related tasks
• Cooperation in the preparation of marketing materials, proceeding them in the approval system, keep contact with graphics and printing agencies. Drive and participate in the selection of vendors (marketing, printing and design agencies, market research companies)
• Active participation and coordination of digital project and improving digital tools
• Support the patient support programs, responsible for the compliance of internal rules.
• Responsible for organizing events – keep contact with stakeholders, coordinating events, time control, first point of contact of AMEX (booking meeting rooms, logistics, catering, technical conditions, team events, communication)
• Responsible for the whole approval process of marketing materials in our system
• Support sales force in terms of contracting: collecting contracts, track them, keep the deadline

What We Expect Of You

• Bachelor or Ms Degree in Economics or Communication
• 1-3 year experiences in multinational environment in marketing
• Fluent English skills in written and verbal, native in Hungarian
• Strong computer skills (MS Office programs)
• Demonstrates networking capabilities
• Excellent communication skills, able to communicate on different levels
• Displays strong organizational and time management skills; multi-tasks effectively; delivers on commitments in a timely manner
