You will own finding attracting and matching the right talent to the hiring needs. Scout and identify potential candidates through various channels including contacting passive candidates. Build strong relationships with candidates while gaining a depth of insight into their skills, and experience while identifying their needs and aspirations, and finding the right fit. Create talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs including maintaining candidate databases. Work closely and partner with recruiters, recruitment marketing team and hiring managers to find the best talent for Intel

Qualifications

- Great team player with a creative positive and innovative mindset
- At least 4 years of experience as a talent sourcer
- Knowledge of relevant HWSW profiles, the Israeli high-tech market, and learning capabilities of technological profiles
- True passion for sourcing, database mining, and search experience in a variety of platforms
- Hands-On experience in a wide range of sourcing strategies practices and trends and the ability to grasp new technologies
- Ability to positively engage and present Intel's culture and opportunities to potential candidates
- Proven networking skills
- Ability to work in an ambiguous dynamic environment
- And most important passion and curiosity for the talent challenge
