Then come in and join our team as IT Infrastructure Project Manager Your mission: Lead the delivery of internal and outsourced programs and projects from project initiation to transition to operations so as to deliver projects on time and within budget and to meet the desired business objectives Your tasks and responsibilities: The Rollout Manager tasks start with the rollout definition and ends with the rollout acceptance will interact with all involved stakeholders and ensure that the defined Rollout will be according to the agreed milestones, quality and costs with the MWP PM Create, maintain and manage rollout project plans, including critical path management to meet the scope of work, milestones and schedule Liaise with MWP Project Manager and LATAM business lines and functions as needed for escalations on scope and processes Monitor, track and ensure deliveries of MWP installations and rollout progress as planned within timelines agreed with global MWP project team Perform regular meetings to monitor progress and solve potential issues Attend Project meetings and report progress to the PM Monitor performance of MWP installations and report quality related issues Coordinate User Engagement and Communication requirements with UE & Comms Experts in the Global MWP Team Ensure the agreed quality Day-to-day operative Rollout planning. Problem solving for all day to day related Rollout issues Support local processes and tools in LATAM which could be prerequisites for the rollout Ensure that post Rollout activities are done properly Participate in Project level roll-out volume forecasting for LATAM Performing Transition Management tasks (e.g. interim transitions, HW order process, local contracts adaptation and customization, -if needed- Branch Updates,…etc.) which is pre-rollout to iMWP (interim Modern Workplace) or cMWP (cloud-managed Modern Workplace) Your qualifications and experience: Experience for rollouts and/or transition management Good knowledge of Business Areas and LAM countries within Healthcare Knowledge in technical but also management-oriented guidance Intercultural experience Experience in Contract and Service Management as well as KPI reporting Experience in internal and external provider and supplier management Expert in the Risk evaluation process as well as Risk Management Your attributes and skills: Portuguese or Spanish native speaker Advanced English Customer oriented and open-minded Leadership skills Proactive Management Good coordination, planning and time management skills Independent and intrapreneurial spirit Very good and transparent (cross-) communication and presentation skills Consulting skills Being part of our team: Siemens Healthineers is a leading global medical technology company.
