Job Description

Main Responsibilities:*

  • Lead and drive pediatric long-term strategic planning for sustainable growth model evolution 
  • Initiate market research, pricing and distribution plans, to navigate consumer trend, and seek for new products /market opportunities
  • Design & develop superior pediatric portfolio to continuously drive hero brands competitive edge and shape leading position in its defined benefit territory
  • Deploy data driven mom engagement journey from prenatal to postnatal through identified critical touchpoints (upstream to downstream) and compelling communication campaigns/multilayer contents.
  • Manage & optimize effectiveness of marketing activities of pediatric portfolio from campaigns, social engagement, new user acquisition to instore merchandising and loyalties programs
  • Construct HCP engagement platform from offline to online and strengthen pediatrician recommendation rate to our portfolios from pre-term immunity at risk to children at growth risk
  • Ensure efficient provision of marketing support to distribution channels / sales teams and shape meaningful partnership with PA marketing stakeholders to benefit the local business.
  • Recommend hiring, promoting and disciplining staff members. Provide input to performance assessment of staff members.
  • Appraise, coach, motivate and develop subordinate.
  • Attend local trade convention, overseas meeting, interface with major distributors and key customers and other public relation activities.
  • Actively response & act on customer/ product complaint to related personnel and provide necessary assistance to sales team.

Skills & Experience Required:*

  • 8-10 years marketing experience with proven track record in digital excellency, portfolio management and demonstrated financial and managerial skills.
