Stewarding Attendant

  What you will be doing:
  • Responsible for the cleanliness and sanitizing of all surfaces and areas 
  • Keeping floors and work areas clear of hazards and obstruction
  • Responsible of the operation of kitchen cleaning equipment
  • Store all clean items in an organised and safe manner 
  • Ensure floors are dry and clean at all times and correct equipment and chemicals used
  • Assist with set-up and break down of service areas for service and functions
  • Clean stoves, ovens, grills, refrigerators etc. using necessary cleaning solutions and tools
  • Ensure that all areas of the bars and restaurants are clean at all times
  • Assist in the Bar and with setting up for functions and moving equipment
  • Ensure that proper control is followed with stock
  • Follow standards of service 
  
  
  • Your experience and skills include:
    • Organized and a great team player
    • Passionate about maintaining a clean and safe working environment
    • Understanding of food safety and hygiene
