Responsibilities:

1. Fully cooperate and support sales activities, assist sales representatives to communicate with customers, explain the company's products and technical solutions to customers, analyze and understand customer needs, formulate corresponding technical implementation solutions according to customer needs, and assist sales representatives to obtain customers' recognition of the company's products through professional technical consultation;

2. Track the technology of new technologies, new products and new projects in the industry, collect and analyze the data of competitors' solutions and products on a regular basis, and compare and analyze the company's products and technical advantages, and bring them to relevant departments for reference;

3. Conduct regular training for sales staff, introduce the status of competitors' products, the company's product advantages and solutions in a targeted manner, and enhance the technical analysis potential of sales staff, so as to enhance their market development potential as a whole;

4. Participate in the formulation of various technical management processes of the department, track and learn the latest technical trends, and keep abreast of new technologies, new businesses and new equipment;

5. Receive and assist in solving various on-site technical problems encountered by customers, and timely and accurately feed back the on-site information to the sales and R&D departments;
6. According to the company's development plan, organize academic conferences and exhibitions in various industries, preside over and train technical knowledge, and cooperate with sales to achieve the company's marketing objectives;

7. Complete other tasks assigned by superior leaders.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor degree or above, major in molecular biology, genetics, marine biology, food science and other related fields;

2, more than 3 years working experience, proficient in PCR amplification, DNA/RNA extraction, plasmid extraction technology, understanding of protein purification, sequencing, etc.

3. Excellent communication and expression skills and organization and coordination skills;

4. Sensitive thinking and strong sense of customer service;
5. Acceptable to travel (Western European countries).
