We are looking for an Engineer, at any stage in their career, to join a first-class Technical Support Team at Siemens Digital Industries HQ in Manchester, with flexible working opportunities. Our Technical Support Team aids customers in Great Britain and Ireland with our world class range of Totally Integrated Automation and Control products. The successful candidate with have an amazing opportunity to expand their knowledge in Siemens products, no matter the starting point, whilst developing customer communication skills. This is your role. What part will you play? Providing telephone, email and remote support for our partners and customers. Apply knowledge and questioning techniques to identify, diagnose and resolve customers issues. Co-ordination of issues requiring escalation to Siemens AG Headquarters. Enhancing the quality of service delivered to Siemens customers. What do I need to qualify for this job? Use your skills to move the world forward. Qualified to NVQ / HND / HNC / Degree level in Electrical and Electronic Engineering or a relevant Automation discipline. A good understanding of ICT. Excellent interpersonal skills Experience of Siemens Industrial Automation and Control Products (i.e. SIMATIC, SINAMICS, SIRIUS), but this is not essential. We’ve got quite a lot to offer.
