Job Description
Position: Account Manager

JAKA robotics is currently looking for a full-time Account Manager to join our growing overseas business development team. JAKA robotics is a leader in cobot development and our mission is to “Free Yours Hands by JAKA”. The account manager will be the lead point of contact for all key client matters, anticipate the client's needs, and work within the company to ensure deadlines for the client are met. The account manager will also bring in new business from existing clients or contacts and will develop new relationships with potential clients. The ideal candidate will contribute to sustaining and growing our business to achieve long term success.

Job Responsibilities
• Developing a solid and trusting relationship between JAKA and major key clients
• Resolving client issues
• Developing a clear understanding of account needs and requirements
• Meeting all client needs and deliverables according to proposed timelines
• Generating new sales that will turn into long-lasting relationships
Job Requirements
• Bachelor degree or above
• More than 2 years’ experience as an account manager preferably in the 3C, automotive, or industrial automation industry
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships
• Strong reading, writing, and oral English
• Strong dedication to work, a team spirit, and the courage to explore and innovate independently
• Ability to multitask and manage more than one task at a time
• Able and willing to travel internationally
• Foreigner already based or willing to stay in Shanghai is preferred.
