About Global Language Technology Delivery
The Program Manager is a valuable member of the Global Language Technology Delivery Technology (GLTD) organisation. Thanks to its global presence within RWS, GLTD works closely with RWS technology users (both internal and external) to deliver innovative technical solutions in response to a wide range of requirements.

About the Role
This is a hands-on position that requires an excellent communicator with a solid ability to work as a team. The candidate will be in charge of managing project plans, budgets and schedules to successfully deliver technical implementations and cross functional RWS Initiatives where GLTD is involved. The candidate will develop and maintain a deep level of business and technical product knowledge that allows them to support the wider GLTD team. 


Key responsibilities include:
o Full Project Life Cycle Management for Technical implementations
o Manage multiple projects simultaneously in accordance with internal project management methodology/practices (often in a virtual environment)
o Resource scheduling 
o Production of Project Schedules
o Process Analysis & Innovation    
o Risk & Issue Management to minimise potential issues
o Contingency Planning & Management
o Budget Management and Reporting
o Development and maintenance of project and process documentation
o Project prioritisation based on business impact
o Manage and motivate team members involved on various projects and initiatives
o Hosting and Leading conference calls with external clients and RWS team members
 

Experience Required: 

o SQL Knowledge
o Previous CAT Tool experience
o Knowledge of localisation processes
o Scripting, Macros or programming skills (C,.Net Framework)
o Technical consulting experience
o Knowledge of common documentation tools (Sharepoint, JIRA, Confluence,etc..)
o Advanced knowledge for Microsoft Office Suite (Planner, Excel, Powerpoint, Word, One Note,etc.. ) 
o Incident Management Portal experience (Salesforce, BMC, etc…)
o Acute attention to details
o Reflect, analyse and make suggestions on existing processes to increase the overall efficiency 
o Advanced level of diplomacy and negotiation skills 
o Proven methodical problem solving skills
o Effective Financial reporting skills
o Customer centric approach
o Keen interest for technology
o Proven ability of building trusted relationships with variety of stakeholders
o Advanced time management skills
o Excellent communicator both verbally and written
