Join us! We Make Real What Matters. This Is Your Role. We are looking for a Project Manager to join our team in Smart Infrastructure team (Building Automation System). As a PM, you will be responsible for the successful execution of projects, from project initiation through final closeout. You will work in a matrix style organization requiring excellent coordination skills and the ability to manage competing priorities. As a customer facing team, we keep customer satisfaction at the forefront as we manage multi-million dollar projects in a fast-paced environment. Primary responsibilities: Direct all phases of projects from inception through completion. Responsible for the cost, schedule, quality, and technical performance of the assigned project(s). Establish milestones and monitor adherence to master plans and schedules. Effectively communicate project expectations to team members and stakeholders in a timely and clear fashion. Provide regular updates to team, management on work performed, plans, budget, and overall status. Identify project problems and obtain solutions, such as allocation of resources or changing contractual specifications. Manage customer expectations across project cycle and lead single and multi-product medium voltage solutions projects Direct diagnostics with the ability to determine root cause and corrective actions. Hands on experience in preliminary submittals to end customer, consultants and get on time approval to generate revenue & forecast. Generate change orders from customer to improve the project gross margin. We don't need superheroes, just super minds! This role is based at Ahmedabad.
