Position Summary:

 

We are looking for a creative and versatile graphic design professional to create both external and internal facing high impact visuals, presentations, and communications collateral. There is also opportunity for video production and editing work for qualified candidates. In this role, you will work with the Success Communications team to support communication projects both big and small. Responsibilities will include the development of presentations for executive leaders, assisting with graphics needs for newsletters, internal communications, and project management and tracking for all graphics requests. You will ensure that all visual communications meet corporate guidelines and brand strategies.

 

Your Day-to-Day:

 

• Work closely with internal clients and stakeholders to generate creative ideas for meeting communications goals

• Design original pieces, including templates, illustrations, infographics, presentations, web and email graphics, and more

• Ensure design graphics and presentation style meet corporate guidelines and marketing brand strategies.

• Create and manage newsletter layouts with responsive design-thinking

• Maintain an online archive of newsletter issues for public consumption

• Apply typography techniques and color for effective communication

• Develop templates and styles to help drive consistencies in our communications deliverables

• Maintain a task list and oversee all design projects, from conception to delivery

• Optimize final files and liaise with external vendors for delivery

• Liaise with project owners / stakeholders to ensure deadlines are met

• Stay up-to-date with industry developments and tools

• Provide regular updates to manager and stakeholders on project/account statuses

• Manage assets in a Digital Asset Management (DAM) system, including applying metadata

• Develop a strong familiarity with Bentley’s products and the work our users do with those products

 

What You Bring to The Team:

 

• 4-7 years in Graphic Design or similar role required.

• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Visual Arts, Communications or relevant field, or equivalent experience.

• Fluent English language skills required.

• Demonstrable graphic design skills with a strong online portfolio (please provide a link to an online portfolio showing examples of your work, in your CV or cover letter).

• Possession of creative flair, versatility, conceptual/visual ability and originality.

• Strong interpersonal skills: flexibility, patience, creativity, and the ability to adjust work style to match changing and/or conflicting priorities.

• Up to date with industry leading software and technologies (Adobe Creative Suite, etc.)

• Familiarity with collaboration technology, such as Microsoft Teams

• Strong collaborator, but also comfortable running programs independently. 

• Proactive, self-starter, and has a great positive attitude.
