Lenovo’s Product Management team is looking for 4P Product & Category Manager, both for Commercial & Consumer products - the perfect opportunity to develop further your business acumen and commercial skills. These are your detailed responsibilities: • Create and define product portfolio for the swiss market, based on market requirements and future opportunities. (heatmaps, market data, etc.) • Identify, develop, and prioritize market opportunities in the commercial or consumer business • Develop, present, and execute category specific quarterly business targets • Interact with various international internal stakeholders to maximize support for your business • Build programs to accelerate growth and achieve financials targets • Build strong relationships with the Country/Region Sales Team & Management • Define portfolio mix, align portfolio with partner landscapes such as Distributors, Resellers, Re- and e-tailers. • Effectively manage Product Transitions with a view to maximizing revenue & profit #### Position Requirements: Position Requirements: Essential Experience & Key skills • Good understanding of PC and Notebook products and technology (preferred) • Good understanding of product life cycle management and of promotional programs mechanics (must) • Proof record of product life cycle management and of promotional programs mechanics • Strong Professional User of Excel and data driven tools • Fluent in German/Swiss-German and English, french is an advantage Personality: \- An entrepreneurial personality with standing and charisma, who can convince and inspire on the basis of his knowledge and his personality, and thus on the highest level for the products he represents. \- Strong organizational skills, the ability to manage multiple priorities with competing demands by a well-structured working approach. \-  Strong team player and ability to work in a multinational environment. \-  Self-driven, results-oriented, assertive and determined, accountable and takes ownership. \- Demonstrates maturity, is credible, and comfortable in dealing at senior management level.
