Position Description: Lead projects stability validaton process and abilty to coordinate resource (internal/outsource…), deliver project document (Test plan/report/defect list) in time to meet product milestone. 1) Take responsibility for the project 2) Work on the 4-corner test and develop the test case/plan/script base on desgin requirment 3) Work on Stress test case/script development and useage. 4) Daily stability test execution, report and maintenance. 5) Good work on tool usage, eg. Flash tool/ benchmark/ Burintest etc. 6) Test environment maintenance: test system setup, maintenance, testscript debug, optimization and development, etc... 7) Project defects management #### Position Requirements: 1). 3+ years’ experience in Server, Computer or Telecommunication industry 2).Familiar with Windows/Linux/Python. 3). Strong willing of self-improvement, and be able to resolve problems actively. 4). Good communication skills. 5).Good English skill is preferred.
