Sales Co-ordinators

Responsibilities

l   Follow up quotation, sales order & delivery schedule

l   Handling invoice, shipment arrangement

l   Report & sales analysis to Sales Manager

l   Provide excellent customer services to Chinese / Japanese account

l   Willing to business trip China ( 1-2 times Day trip a week)

Requirement

n  F.6 or above

n  Fluent in speaking English & Mandarin  (Japanese speaking will be advantage, but not must)

n  2-3 year working experience in electronics field.

n  Strong self-motivation and commitment to achieve sales team target

n  Aggressive & willing to work under pressure

n  PC Skills (Word, Excel, Power Point, outlook)
