Job Description
- File expense reimbursement for leaders
- Team activity coordination
- Meeting arrangement/coordination
- Flight/hotel booking for management
- Documents management (Signature, Stamp, Post, etc.)
- Basic purchasing (place orders for office stationery, car rental, etc.)
- Perform other tasks as requested by management
Job requirements:
- Workable English – Oral and written
- Good communication skills
- Honest, independent, self-sufficient
- Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint
