Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities


  • Be the interface with various Disney departments and external organizations.
  • Be capable to solve problems and trouble shoot issues of business travel for the team
  • Be capable to produce spreadsheets and PowerPoint presentations
  • Be capable to conduct light research
  • Be capable to make light translation (written / spoken)
  • Organize on-site and off-site meetings, and have the administration responsibility for the team on projects.
  • Be responsible for the documentation administration, such as type, copy, file and fax
  • Prepare travel arrangement and expense reports
  • Manage Office procurement

Requirements


Education:


? Business related bachelor degree or some college education

? Secretarial training desired


Experience:


? Minimum of 2 years experience with the role of support and/or admin for supporting functions

? Prior experience with travel arrangements


Knowledge:

? Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook preferred

? Ability to compose correspondence,

? Be familiar with type, copy, file and fax correspondence

? Strong attention to detail

? Fluency in English mandatory


Core Skills:


? Experience in maintaining confidentiality

? Be capable and skilled on communication with different counterparts within or outside the DCP organization

? Excellent organization skills
