• Coordinate with user, global team, quality team and standard definition team to understand and confirm the requirement.
• Responsible for project development, enhancement and testing base on business requirements.
• Contribute application impact assessments as a result of any changes in the application environment.
• Coordinate with BA for source to target data mapping activities Create ETL jobs and perform Unit Testing Providing
• support to SIT/UAT phases Escalate issues and risks Identify decisions needed and call out dependencies

• Familiar with system development methodology, especially application change management, as well as system validation to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Able to work closely with key business contacts to track and evaluate enhancement requests and identified issues. Has the ability to challenge the business on requests.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills as well as capable of making effective formal presentations to management within or outside the department.
• Strong Problem-solving skills.
• Delivery oriented, rigorous & efficient.
• Strong understanding of data integration
• Strong SQL development skills(Oracle or Teradata), Teradata would be prefered
• Informatica PowerCenter development experience is a must
• Informatica B2B Data Exchange, Data Trasnformation is a must
• Familiarly with software development life cycle.
