A) Main Responsibilities

1. Responsible for perfect store project execution landing and tracking

• Support LM to communicate with biz partner about execution progress to ensure it is aligned with project timeline
• Follow up and track target perfect store city execution details
• Support LM to check perfect store city target perfect store list to ensure it is aligned with CVM result
• Monitor biz partner sales rep. recruitment progress based on aligned timeline
• Consolidate regional training plan and validate the plan to ensure it is aligned with KPI, track the execution compliance
• Consolidate regional instore activation and pharmacist education plan and track the execution compliance
• Communicate with biz partner to define sales rep monthly store visit plan, validate visit plan based on KPI
• Monitor Trax system execution KPI and by store detail, work closely with Trax agency and biz partner to ensure all execution is justified and correct.
• Update Trax perfect store visit plan, instore activation plan monthly with standardized template to Trax before deadline, as well as store list update based on store update principle
• Monitor sales rep Trax execution result in Trax, as well as the KPI achievement. Take the lead and make biz partner noticed when unreasonable execution and KPI occurred, and follow up it to ensure prompt execution adjustment
• Act as contact window between Trax and biz partner to ensure smooth communication of both sides and smooth system operation
• Take lead of perfect store execution, Trax KPI weekly review and sales performance monthly review
• Support LM to launch Trax Chinese BI system and China tailor made KPI successfully

2. Support LM to proceed other potential tasks related to perfect store project to ensure execution excellence.

• External: CR999 Perfect store team, Trax China and global team
• Internal: Marketing, Medical, RA, Legal, Purchasing

C) Ideal Experience

• Minimum 2 years’ working experience is a MUST, pharmacy or FMCG point of sales management related experience is preferred
• Education (degree): Bachelor degree
• Specific knowledge: Good PPT, Excel skills
• Strong communication and accountability, learning agility, positive mind-set, good problem-solving and multi-task handling skills
• Fluent oral and written English is a must
