Position: Executive Assistant
Report to Sales GM

Responsibilities:
Provide high standard office support and pay close attention to details
Support meeting & logistic arrangement; facilitate with events and meeting organizing
Travel management including transportation, accommodations, visa application
Coordinate with key counterparts, either internal or external
Prepare and consolidate management reports and materials
Carry out special projects and assignments as requested; comply, analyze and prepare data for administrative reports and presentations
In charge of sales system updates
Administrative support to day-to-day activities or any assigned task

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree or above with more than 5 years of administrative/secretarial experience in a global corporation environment
Excellent oral and written communication skills both in English and Chinese (CET-6 and above)
Good PC skill and interpersonal skills; be familiar with customer relationship system database computer operations
High maturity and sense of confidentiality
Responsive, proactive, self-motivator with excellent service attitude
Have the ability to work flexibly and under deadline situations in a fast-paced environment
Excellent planning, organization and time-management skills
