Role Summary

The HR specialist will assist HR operation Manager to deliver HR operations services which are related to but not limit to on boarding, life cycle and separation processes. He/She will play a key role in reporting and data analysis to ensure the stability of data transmission and accuracy of the HR reports.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure timely and accurate execution of HR operation process, 100% align with both local and global compliance.
• Leverage all HR system, reporting and analytics tools effectively to ensure data integrity and accuracy and provide high quality HR data analysis and reports.
• Manage and monitor by leveraging tools to obtain a best implementation of employee life cycle event.
• Working on various projects if required.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor degree or equivalent work experience
• 1~2 years’ relevant experience in HR operations or HRSS is preferred
• Fluent Japanese and English in both verbal and written

• Ability to work in an organized and logic manner

• Positive and proactive working attitude and high energy level with strong customer service mindset
• Sound PC knowledge including MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint

• Able to work under pressure
