PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES

• Ensure the compliance with labor related government regulations and company internal policies & practices;
• Implement the effective Recruitment and On-boarding for business development needs. Cooperate with Talent Acquisition (TA) to ensure the compliance process;
• Manage daily HR operations, including but not limited to Performance management, Assignment & Relocation process, Separation process with cooperating together with HR Partner and COEs (Learning & Development, Compensation & Benefits, etc.);
• Build up close relationship with employees and understand updated needs for HR process’ optimization;
• Maintain employee relationship with strong customer service sense.
• Establish close connections with Labor Bureaus, HR networks, Institutes, Consulting Firms, etc. and keep the most updated HR policies, practices, regulations, knowledge and tendency;
• Other HR compliance related jobs.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor Degree or equivalent;
• Over 5 years’ HR Generalist relevant working experience in MNC;
• Be responsible, innovative mindset, high motivated;
• Good communication skills, persuasive, self-confidence.
• Fluent English in both spoken and written;
• Good team-work spirit and independence.
