Job Description
上海市 黄浦区

Major responsibilies:

  • Coordinate and facilitate project activities and events including but not limited to project meeting, workshop and team building arrangement, etc
  • Provide support to different workstream lead for completing the detailed project tasks (e.g. the knowledge article writing, data validation, system testing , etc.)
  • Responsible for preparing monthly HR reports / dashboards, ensure accurate and timely delivery to respective COE functions and business.

Cowork with IT on HR server maintainance and upgrade;

  • University graduate with at least 2 years of HR operation relevant experience in multinational companies, experience of workday project is a plus
  • Logical thinking, detailed oriented and data sensitive
  • Possess analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Well-organized, can prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Optimistic; positive attitude; quick leaner, able to work in growing, fast paced environment; flexible and adaptable to change
