Job Description
- Povide effective and efficient services to business HR and employees from companies in China, details including,
- Create and update employee and employment data in HR systems (SAP and Cityray) and reports.
- Host employee’s check in and check out process.
- Work with employees on residence card & Hukou renewal.
- Manage HR and employee files, employment contract.
- Answer enquiries from employees and business HRs.
- Issue employment letters and certificates.
- Administer benefits.
Preferred Resource Qualification:
- Have 2 to 3 years’ experience in HR Operation.
- Be able to take multi-task under high pressure, and can deliver high quality work.
- Be familiar with HR systems operation (SAP, Cityray).
- Have knowledge in China employment and labor compliance
- Be customer focus, positive, initiative and result-oriented
- Good interpersonal and cross function collaboration skills
- College above
- Basic command of both written and oral English
