岗位名称:Lead Communication Admin (2年派遣,有转正机会)

岗位职责:

1. Provide secretarial support to VP, Communications, HGR Asia

2. Manage communications function’s administrative tasks, including staff meeting and extended team calls; filing and comm. asset management; teambuilding activities

3. Assist with executive visits

4. Assist with editorial and production of HON newsletter (China and HGR)

5. Assist with internal comm programs, including town hall, annual dinner, r&r, online comm. and HGR Excellence Award

6. Assist with website (internet & intranet) management, including design revamp and content maintenance.

7. Manage translation work for the function.

8. Assist with media data base maintenance.

9. Assist with event management of special projects.

Must-have skills:

1. Experience in supporting marketing or communications leaders a must. Journalistic or agency experience a strong plus

2. Solid bilingual business skills; strong Chinese writing skills

3. Event management skills a must. Experience of supporting senior leadership visits strongly preferred.
