The Role / Responsibilities:

The incumbent will fulfil a strategic anddemanding business development role for the sale and management of executiverelationships for professional education programs for Chinese financialservices executives from China. MA’s professional education programs consist ofclassroom training, consulting, and professionaldesignations/certificates. Training programs can range in length between2 days and 3 weeks, consisting of groups between 20-30 executives for programsoutside of China and 50-200 people for programs within China. Your primary rolewill be to manage and assist in the business development and relationshipmanagement of key Chinese clients. You will also be accountable for theoversight and client management of training programs for Chinese financialservices executives delivered in China.

- Managing key relationships within thehuman resources, training, and financial services business lines of our Chineseclients to uncover and work through new opportunities. 维护和管理我们与中国客户的人力资源部、培训部、以及金融服务业务线之间的关系,发现并捕捉新的机会。
- Working consultatively with clients, understandingtraining requirements, while working with your Director, and Academic Directorsto develop training proposals. 与客户充分交流,了解他们的培训要求,协调客户与市场总监、学术总监之间的工作,制定培训大纲。
- Advocating and selling the benefits of MAclassroom training, designations/certificates, and eLearning programs toclients. 向客户宣传并销售MA的培训项目
- Working together with the MA ChinaProgram team to execute signed agreements. 与MA中国培训团队一起执行/递送已签署协议内容
- Coordinating with clients and internalteam members for program content, academic feedback from client, newopportunities, and strategy. 就培训内容、客户的学术反馈、新的机会和策略等等方面与客户和团队成员协调。
- Supporting program delivery: a)ensuringclient and instructors are working together effectively; b) managing detailedgeneral logistics issues during the program delivery c) analyzing programfeedback and reporting. 持并安排培训项目的递送:a) 确保客户和讲师之间高效的合作;b) 在培训期间管理后勤工作;c)收集培训反馈并汇报
Qualifications:

University degree required.
大学学历以上
5+ years of sales, client management and/orfinancial services experience.
五年以上的销售、客户管理和/或金融服务经验
Experience in communicating and influencingkey decision makers, including executives.
具备影响重要决策者(包括高管)和与其交流的丰富经验
Experience in carrying-out detailed and multipleongoing tasks over long periods.
注重细节,具备长期多项任务共同执行的经验
Consistent performance in deliveringaggressive goals while under pressure with tight timelines.

Willingness to work overtime and onweekends.

Must be highly proficient with MicrosoftOffice Suite (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook).

Mandarin Chinese and Englishrequired.

Experience in public speaking, directing groups,and managing expectations.
