Job Description
1. Be responsible for coordinating with all related functions to drive improvement initiatives;
2. Identify root causes of problems in the production process;
3. Analyze data to identify trends in product quality or defects with a goal of mitigating and preventing recurrence and future defects;
3. Analyze and help identify projects or process changes that will eliminate non-value added activities and create or improve processes that add value to our customers;
4. Develop in-depth understanding of Lean Sigma philosophy and methods as demonstrated by successful training and certification in these areas, Drive improvement project by means of 6 sigma and Lean methodology;
5. Act as a change agent – challenge old ways of doing business and implement breakthrough improvements;
6. Other tasks assigned by the team manager.
Qualifications
Qualification:
-At least 3 years or above working experiences in printing or related manufacturing industry ;
-Experienced in project management;
-Proven leadership, communication and coordination skills – able to influence and motivate others
-Effective interpersonal skills of dealing with people at various levels and at various functions
-High passion for excellence, and strong execution for action
-Thorough knowledge of statistics and ability to apply statistical rules/analysis to laboratory decision-making processes;
-Good communication skills and be able to effectively present complex topics in a concise manner;
-High Energy, passion for excellence, bias for action;
-Effective oral and written communication skills;
-Proficient in PC skills.
