Job Description
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Ensures the safety of all guests and colleagues through timely and effective application of emergency procedures
- Manage the daily Front Office operations: Front Desk, Guest Services, and Business Center Services
- Responsible for the entire hotel and act on behalf of the General Manager during the shift
WORK EXPERIENCE
- Minimum of 3 years in the service industry, with at least 1 year relevant experience
- An operational knowledge and proficiency in Property Management System (Micros-Fidelio)
- Bilingual in English and local language
