Job Description

JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Ensures the safety of all guests and colleagues through timely and effective application of emergency procedures
  • Manage the daily Front Office operations: Front Desk, Guest Services, and Business Center Services
  • Responsible for the entire hotel and act on behalf of the General Manager during the shift

 

WORK EXPERIENCE

  • Minimum of 3 years in the service industry, with at least 1 year relevant experience
  • An operational knowledge and proficiency in Property Management System (Micros-Fidelio)
  • Bilingual in English and local language
