Ensure to be familiar with all dishes on the menu.
• Ensure the day to day reservations of the tables.
• Responsible for set up of all operating equipments and ensure to inspect linen, and condiments before the service.
• Ensure the food is brought in time for buffet service and that buffet is replenished from time to time.
• To ensure service standards are maintained.
• Ensure clearance of all soiled chinaware, glassware, silverware from the guest table and re-set the table for the next arrival
• In the absence of the Team Leader F & B, ensure to take guest orders, advice guests on specials menu options.
• Attending phone calls & handling enquries.
• Ensure proper billing of tables.
• Report any equipment malfunction, emergency situations or suspicious persons to theTeam Leader
• Ensure the feedback form is filled in by every guest.
