Job Description

Come join the Software and Advanced Technology Group (SATG) at Intel, the central software organization and office of the CTO. The Developer Ecosystems team, which engages with the developer community to drive broad education and adoption of oneAPI Software and Tools, is looking for a passionate Community Manager for a brand-new program targeting the global startup ecosystem: a broad and scalable virtual accelerator that supports early-stage startups creating software innovation based on accelerated workloads by using Intel XPU platforms and oneAPI.

The program will focus on entrepreneurs building the next disruptive software products and solutions in areas such as AI, Deep Learning, Machine Learning, Data Analytics, HPC, Graphics and Rendering. The program will provide startups with technical enablement, including training, consulting, expertise, mentoring, access to technology and SDKs, as well as go-to-market support with co-marketing, customer opportunities and ecosystem partnerships.

You are passionate about building and executing partnerships with startups in order to grow the adoption of oneAPI and the Intel XPU accelerators across the startup ecosystem. You will be responsible to grow, educate, and nurture the ecosystem. This includes overall ecosystem and community development through a range of activities such as recruiting startups, onboarding new members, enabling startups to use Intel's technologies, facilitating proof of concept or product design, marketing and selling partner solutions through our global network, and coordinating events to connect with the startup community.

In this exciting, high impact opportunity you will have a chance to:

  • Be the first point of contact for new startups joining the program.

  • Scout, identify and recruit new startups globally.

  • Onboard new members and help them understand and take advantage of the program's benefits.

  • Report on overall community engagement and activity on a regular basis.

  • Provide members with content and tools to educate them on Intel's solutions and platforms.

  • Identify and develop ways to drive adoption of Intel oneAPI and platforms.

  • Coordinate and support ecosystem events to recruit and connect members.

  • Be the voice of the members and become an expert in their needs and motivations.

  • Develop a deep understanding of their goals, strategies, and technical and business needs.

  • Collaborate with and influence key stakeholders throughout Intel and promote the program and the ecosystem.

  • Keep track of the members' status and graduate them to other programs within Intel as they reach maturity.


Qualifications

You must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree

  • 5+ years of working experience in related fields such as startup accelerators and incubators, executive or management positions at startups, ecosystem development at big technology companies, venture capital.

  • A solid affinity for technology and technical subjects especially AI/ML/HPC.

  • Excellent interpersonal skills. Personable, friendly, and enjoy interacting with lots of people. This position will work with partners, internal teams, and hundreds of startups.

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills. You are an advocate in front of startups and other players in the ecosystem.

  • Curious, creative, and constantly think about how you can improve processes.

  • Good project management and organizational skills.

  • Availability to travel domestically and internationally.

  • Fluency in English required, other languages including French, German, Spanish a strong advantage.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • MS or MBA

  • Solid understanding of AI and/or HPC technologies, use cases, market segments, and developer needs. Preferably doing business development or similar.

  • Experience presenting to technical audiences and creating content for developers.

Annual Salary Range for jobs which could be performed in US, Colorado:
$113,210.00-$187,350.00
