CORE RESPONSIBILITIES:  

• AP invoices and Reimbursements checking and booking with alignment of company chart of account

• Timely monitor general ledger and cost center used in PO creation and difference clearance in SAP

• Supplier claim cases followed up with quality department

• Daily payments execution and down payment monitoring

• Vendor/Employee master data creation and maintenance

• YinGuanTong tax payment system control

• All bank related issues

• Loan interest issues

• Account payable & Cash Management reports requested

• Other related works assigned by superior

WHAT WE WILL BE LOOKING FOR IN YOU:  

• More than 3 years’ experience in manufacturing companies, strong experience in AP/Cash Management area  preferred;

• CET-4 or above, good English in reading and writing, good speaking English is an asset;

• Strong commitment on on-time AP invoices processing and weekly payment run

• Familiar with the SAP system environment  is a definite advantage.

• The ability to work in a tight  timetables and under high pressure;

• Be independent, details focus and  the ability to prioritize work list is also required;

• Good communication skills and teamwork attitude; strong interpersonal skills.
