Job Description
Responsibilities:

Achieve sales targets and grow business by executing the sales and marketing strategy.
Ability to do market mapping of target OEM, create sales pipelines, and growing enterprise customer base.
Initiate market and competitor analysis reports and do sales forecasts.
Develop and maintain enterprise customer relationships in retail, e-commerce logistics, transportation & Logistic, and other relative verticals.
Experience in managing and closing sales circles with decision-makers.
Foster enterprise customer satisfaction by maintaining regular customer contact and managing customer expectations.

Knowledge and Skills:

A Bachelor‘s Degree with 1+ years of sales experience in Auto-ID, barcode/FRID, POS, electronic products, or relevant industries is preferred.
Proven track record of consistently achieving or exceeding quotas using a consultative/solution selling approach.
A customer-driven focus and the ability to quickly pivot in a fast-paced environment.
An open-minded with a strong self-motivated spirit.
Excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills.
