If you are up to the challenge of finding and attracting the best talent in the industry, Intel is seeking a passionate and experienced Technical Recruiter.

As a Technical Recruiter, your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

  • Engage with hiring managers to understand the needed requirements and, consulting with customers regarding talent requirements and candidate attraction strategies.

  • Influence managers and other business group stakeholders to align internal efforts to the best recruiting approaches to hire the top candidates for their needs.

  • Generate new ideas and creative solutions to problems while meeting talent deliverables.

  • Assess whether the candidate is a fit for Intel and close the candidate with an accept of employment offer.

  • Provide a smooth and professional start-to-end candidate experience, including negotiating compensation packages and closing candidates

  • Focus on collaborative team output and success and constructively work with team members to reach a solution.

This is an Intel Contract Employee (ICE) position and the estimated contract length is 12 months. Relocation assistance will not be provided.


Qualifications

This position is not eligible for Intel immigration sponsorship.

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in related technical and/or human resources or equivalent 3+ years of experience will be considered in lieu of degree.

  • Experience in technical recruiting, consulting hiring managers, and closing candidates for multinational companies with a search firm agency or in-house recruiting team.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience Recruiting talent in most of the following areas: IC design, validation, verification, software, hardware, systems engineering, or related technologies.

  • Experience advising, customizing, and bringing expertise to the candidate experience.

Annual Salary Range for jobs which could be performed in US, Colorado:
$52,000.00-$200,000.00
