Job Title

Ensuring that all wooden parts of the hotel contents are well-maintained and in good condition at all times and producing shelves, cupboards, and boxes etc. as per requirements of the other departments

What you will be doing:

• Follows up and executes all the works assigned by the Assistant Chief Engineer.
• Takes prompt action relating to all maintenance orders concerning the followings:

• Wooden parts of the building
• All wooden cupboards, shelfs, tables, chairs, benches etc…
• All doors, door locks and hinges, windows.
• Produces wooden boxes, frames, tables and furniture as required by other departments.
• Determines all necessary material needed for his work and informs the management of Engineering of the required materials.
• With the help of the checklist, inspects the hotel on daily bases for any defects on wooden surfaces, doors, locks and windows.

Your experience and skills include:

We are looking for a well-organized and creative candidate with very good communication and interpersonal skills, who is able to display a “passion for perfection” and work in a dynamic environment. In addition, the candidate should possess:

• Diploma or its equivalent
• 1 year of relevant experience
• Team player
• Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of team members
• Has lots of initiative, assertiveness and is innovative
