•Maintain efficient sales office procedures, ensure the maintenance of accurate & updated profiles in both PMS and ANAIS.
•Provide prompt and systematic servicing to all business accounts.
•Arrange hotel inspections and offer entertainment to client in aid to convert lead to actual business.
•Disseminate market intelligence related information to sales & other departments as appropriate and as timely.
•Undertake any other duties, relevant to your role, as assigned by the OM,DOS,ADOS, Senior Sales Mger and Event Sales Mger.
Work Experience
•Bachelor Degree in Business Administration, Hotel & Tourism or relevant
•Good communication skills in spoken and written English; and
•Attention to details, proactive and flexible.
