Front Office Manager duties and responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage aspects of the Front Office department and ensure all service standards are followed with friendly and engaging service
  • Handle guest concerns and react quickly, tracking and notifying proper areas to guarantee memorable moments for our guests
  • Maximize rooms revenue through participating in yield management meetings and implementing supporting agreed upon Revenue Management strategies and practices
  • Ensure the department goals are met
  • Prepare monthly schedule
  • Actively recruit new colleagues
  • Train and coach colleagues to the desired level
  • Ensure all MGallery Standards are adhered to
  • Lead the ALL enrollment program
  • Leading and working as part of a team in a fast paced environment


Work Experience



What you should bring with you 

  • The ideal candidate should have a successful record of accomplishments in lead front office team and an ability to develop strategy to constantly increase guest satisfaction
  • Service focused personality is essential and previous leadership experience required
  • Prior experience working with Opera or a related system
  • Proven ability to build and maintain good relationships with all stakeholders
  • Communicate thoughts, actions and opportunities clearly with strong networking skills
  • Ability to lead by example, believe in a strong team culture and set the scene for high performance
