WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:
Lead and coach the Food & Beverage Operations team within their areas of responsibility, provide exceptional guest service, employee satisfaction and profitability
Assist in the preparation of the annual Food & Beverage budget, capital plan and strategic projects.
Direct and assist in the development and implementation of innovative promotional and sales events
Constantly seek out creative ways to improve service and overall F&B revenues and profitability.
Work Experience
YOUR EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS INCLUDE:
5 years experience in Food & Beverage with a broad operational knowledge and a minimum 2 years in a Management role is essential
Experience in an internationally branded premium or luxury hotel a distinct advantage.
Strong culinary and wine knowledge required
Degree in Hotel/Restaurant Management or related discipline is a strong asset
Previously demonstrated leadership skills which support an environment of employee growth and development, interdepartmental teamwork and exceptional customer service
Ability to analyze data and trends and create strategies for improvement
Innovative, creative and willing to take risks
Excellent knowledge of food & beverage operations, purchasing and margin control essential
Professional proficiency in English language.
