WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:


Maintain the day-to-day supervision of the Housekeeping team

Drive the productivity, motivation and development of all Housekeeping team members

Monitor labor costs and productivity output according to occupancy levels whilst also ensuring highest room cleanliness standards

Maintain stable and profitable relationships with suppliers  



Work Experience

YOUR EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS INCLUDE:


Exceptional attention to detail with previous Housekeeping leadership experience

Experience in an internationally branded premium or luxury hotel a distinct advantage.

Strong problem solving, time management and organizational skills

Strong leadership and mentoring skills with a focus on developing the Housekeeping team

Ability to build and maintain relationships with team members, supervisors, other hotel departments, contractors & suppliers.
