WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:
Coordinate full cycle recruitment from acquisition to candidate onboarding;
Participate in Career Fairs on site and at professional schools;
Oversee HR Data while entering new hires, promotions, transfers and terminations;
Handle the majority of employee documentation: contracts, recruitment paperwork, promotion and new joiner welcome packs;
Participate in development of Local SOPs and other internal guidelines and handbooks;
Maintain confidential filing system for employees and candidates;
Manage all payroll processes;
Train and assist Department Heads with the processing of Time & Attendance and Payroll.
Work Experience
YOUR EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS INCLUDE:
Minimum 3 years as an HR Specialist/Coordinator
Experience in an internationally branded premium or luxury hotel a distinct advantage.
General knowledge of Croatian labor regulations a strong advantage.
Knowledge of MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint and other office programs at upper intermediate level is required;
Proven ability to maintain professionalism in a highly confidential environment and to deal with all colleagues with tact, diplomacy and warmth.
Professional proficiency in English language.
