As a Administrative Assistant your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

  • Draft, compose, type, and proof correspondence using current office software applications.
  • Create and sustain systems for retention, protection, retrieval, transfer and disposal of confidential information.
  • Schedule and coordinates logistics for meetings and events.
  • Organize and manage calendar schedule(s) for manager and/or department, with shifting priorities and deadlines,
  • Make travel arrangements (domestic/international travel), managing travel details such as visas, welcome letters and managing and prepares expense reports.
  • Maintain office supplies (order, distribute, ship, etc.)
  • Manages departmental recognition, tracks headcount and spending.
  • Serve as an information resource/communication channel for policies and procedures.
  • Be a resource for office related software applications.
  • Execute of research, data analysis, and preparing reports/recommendations.
  • Copy, collate, sort and distribute materials.
  • May require working within a globally dispersed team.
  • Work performed within generally defined parameters.
  • Judgment and decision-making willingness is required in resolving moderately complex problems.
  • Provide customer service and support multiple people simultaneously.
  • Coordinate lunch meetings, recognition events, partner with program office and other administrative assistants, and be a key player in driving organizational health improvements.
  • Assists in coordinating activities across the organization, events, conferences, Face to Face (F2Fs)
  • Plans and organizes meetings and off-sites, prepares agendas, coordinates logistics
  • Manage logistics of the department - organizational charts, distribution lists and logistics needs
  • Support New Employee Onboarding and Integration
  • Work closely with other Senior and Executive admins to help facilitate timely and accurate planning needs as appropriate.

Qualifications

You must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates. Position not eligible for Intel immigration sponsorship.

Minimum Qualifications:

  •  The candidate must possess a High School or equivalent with 5+ years of experience supporting senior management.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated progressively responsible administrative experience.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in MS Office tools including SharePoint.
