Job Description:

1.      Work with Mech. suppliers, ensure the component quality level by making sure the suppliers’ manufacturing process is under control, quality systems are fully aligned, driving the continuous improvement of the manufacturing process.

2.      Understand in details about the manufacturing process of suppliers to ensure the quality level of components.

3.      Timely monitor the components quality performance in production line.

4.      Work with internal cross functional teams to resolve any supplier problems in a timely manner.

 Requirements

1.      More than 5 years of related experience in SQE.

2.      Hands on experience and knowledge in Mech. industry.

3.      Hands on experience and knowledge in quality tools such as SPC, FMEA, 8D etc.

4.      Certified Six Sigma Black Belt and ISO System Auditor is an advantage.

5.      Good experiences in Quality System Management, QA Engineering and QA Audit is an advantage.

6.      Visionary, aggressive, objective minded and results oriented.

7.      Systematic with good problem solving, statistical analyst and project management skills.

8.      The ideal candidate must have proven ability to achieve results in a fast moving, dynamic environment, must have excellent planning and problem solving skills with the ability to work in a fast paced but limited resource environment.

9.      Good leadership, good communication skill, be able to interact with all levels of employee and stakeholder.

10.   Good team player.

11.   Be fluent in English.
