1. Send purchase order to supplier based on purchase plan and manage suppliers’ delivery；
2. Negotiate the rescheduling of purchase order with supplier according to the requirement of material requirement planning；
3. Control and optimize the inventory, and push for Vendor Management Inventory/Just in Time/Call off;
4. Cooperate with inspection quality check for material quality issue (such as return goods to vendor etc.);
5. Focus on material shortage to avoid production line down;
6. Settle return delivery note & Questionable invoice pending issue;
7. Review periodically the material parameters in systems, exchange the requirement information and providing status with suppliers regularly;
8. Train supplier comply company’s logistics requirements;
9. Work with suppliers for any electrical data interface issues ( demand, delivery, price changes, version changes etc).

1. Negotiation skill/Cost control knowledge and quality concept;
2. Understanding material and product/Coordination skill;
3. Familiar with ERP system knowledge: SAP is preferred;
4. Good English communication (in oral & written);
5. Initiative/ efficiency/ Communication skills;
