1. Search and develop growth business opportunities
- Evaluate from outside in: market, potential and customer needs in other to find growth opportunities
- Evaluate from inside out: KPi's of P&L to improve sales and results for specific countries and/or customers.
- Development, presentation and execution of Business cases of opportunities for manager approval.
2. Price management:
- Define and implement in cooperation with the respective departments and regions price strategy (corridors / volumes / )
- Ensure growth and profitability on different price strategy for different regions and/or customers.
3. Support Sales and Trade marketing on customer needs.
- Enhance technical and benchmarking communication towards customers.
- Support and visit customers if necessary on commercial and technical knowledge.
- Optimize exploitation of portfolio inside customer (Sold coverage and product bundling)
4. Cross-functional cooperation and coordination.
- Such as Product manager, Product specialist, Sales and Logistics.
- Support in daily follow up and reporting of business key figures (sold coverage, P&L, backlog)

1. Bachelor (or equivalent) or higher degree in Engineering, Business Administration or similar

2. 5+ years experience in Automotive Industry Aftermarket and / or commercial business. Marketing and Sales experienceGood technical & commercial/marketing/sales knowledge and skills for commercial products

3. Result-orientated, analytic, self-driven, can work with high workload.

4. Market knowledge or previous working expirience with: China, Australia, Japan, Thailand and Malaysia

5. Very good skills in MS Office products

6. English (fluent in speaking and writing), further language beneficial (especially Chinese)

7. Domestics and Overseas travelling (Asia)

8. Open minded and able to adapt quickly to international environment
