-In charge of production shopfloor;
-To produce good quality product;
-Make sure the output and on time delivery meet our customers' need;
-In charge of the implemenation of 5S, to make sure the production team to meet the requirment.
-Continously improve the production process flow;
-Continously improve and mantain the product quality;
-Continously improce and upgrade the production tools;
-Continously to reduce the scrap in production process;
-Communicate with the parter deparment to maintain the smoothly prodcuction;
-Ensure staffs to participate the company activities ;
-Organized training on ISO/EHS and follow related WI and procedures;
-Provide assistance to improve technical and operation skills of the employees.

1.College degree or above；
2.Over 5 years working experience in manufacturing production management and 2+ years in supervisor level;
3.Experience in implementation and problem solving techniques
4.Willing to work in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment
5.Strong leadership
6.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
7.Good reading and writing English skills, good spoken english is preferred.
8. With good computer operating skills.
