Job Description: · Responsible to execute Logistic tasks within stated guidelines and policies. · · Responsible to coordinate with relevant parties to resolve shipment related issues. · · Coordinate with warehouse on the stock related movement activities · · To verify shipment costs and ensure correctness of costs received from forwarding agents. · · Responsible to ensure orders delivered in a timely manner and improve customer satisfaction. · · Supports all process improvements related to logistics area. · · Practice diligence to safe guard the company's assets and cash flow. · · Employee should actively participate and provide suggestions in managing the business continuity program held in the center. · Other related duties from time to time. · Job Requirements: · Bachelor Degree or equivalent education in Logistics or related field. · · 2-3 years working experience in related field. · Required skills Basic level of: Fluent spoken and written English and preferably language of respective location and customer. · Required skills Basic level of Microsoft Office; Administrative and Organizational Skills, Forwarding and Logistics Knowledge and Incoterms · · Preferred skills with basic level of; SAP Knowledge - SD / MM Module · · Optional Skill with bsic level of; SAP Knowledge – ICB/ SAP Knowledge - Material Master Data/ SAP Knowledge - Customer Master Data & SAP Knowledge - Vendor Master Data We are an equal opportunity employer and value diversity at our company.
